In addition to the advanced stage Colomac Gold Project, Nighthawk has a number of highly prospective targets that have been previously drilled and require follow up work (see map below). These targets were worked on prior to the Company acquiring the Colomac Gold Project, which then became the focus of exploration.
In 2017, with an expanded budget and exploration program, the Company conducted extensive regional work which included mapping, geophysics, and prospecting (including surface sampling programs) which yielded exciting results and new discoveries. Nighthawk will plans to conduct a similar level of regional exploration work in 2018, in order to continue to prioritize targets to drill ready status, and find new discoveries within the Indin Lake Gold Camp.
For highlights from the 2017 Regional Prospecting Program – see press release dated April 12, 2018
